Mr Wang Yadong, the actual controller of Xuanhua XinDi Insulator Corp.,Ltd. has signed the Equity Transfer Agreement with the former shareholder of Fushun Electric Porcelain Manufacturing Co., Ltd. And wholly acquired 100% equity of Fushun Electric Porcelain Manufacturing Co., Ltd., completed the industrial and commercial change on June 6, 2018.
