In Sept 1986, the former name, Xuanhua High-voltage Porcelain Factory was established, the young company was equipped with the most advanced machine for that time, high-strength de-ironing machine, ∮800 vacuum pug mill etc, the first kiln of ESP insulators come out then

Jun.1992

Since June 1992, the company is important member of CAEPI,CEEOA,and CAMER, which stands for China Association of Environmental Protection Industry, China Electrical Equipment Industry Association, and China Association of Maintenance and Equipment Remanufacture respectively. 

In 1997

Since 1997,XHDC has become manufacture of well-known ESP OEM such as Zhejiang Feida, Fujian Longking Co.,Xuanhua EP, EEFC,Zhejiang Tengy,Shanghai Electric, Sinoma,China Guodian Corporation, Sinomach, Hebei Tongming, Jiangsu Ziguang, Zhejiang Nanyuan, Hefei Cement R&D Institute, Xi’an Xikuang, SDEE, Energy China and more than 250 electrostatic precipitator manufacturing enterprises are XHDC important clients. Act as domestically most influential electrostatic precipitator manufacturer, XHDC covers 70% domestic market now. 

In 2005，

In 2005，XHDC developed a new formula of high-strength electroceramics alumina,which greatly enhanced intensity and withstanding temperature of insulator，meanwhile shorted firing process, saving cost of production

In Jun.2005, XHDC granted self import & export right as approved by the MOFTEC, XHDC insulators gradually exported to India, Korea, Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, Turkey, Egypt, Russian, Kazakhstan, Australian, New Zealand, Brazil etc, has now become engineering contractor for world's leading electrical precipitator manufacturers and renowned thermal power plants such as Auro industries Ltd, GE, Larsen & Toubro Limited, Lodge, Hamon, Thermax, Himanchal, KC Cottrell, Hitachi, NTPC as XHDC oversea important clients 

Sept.2005

In Sept.2005, XHDC Started to expand India market through cooperation with our India agent AURO INDUSTRY LIMITED until now. 

Jun.2008

In June 2008, restructured from state-owned enterprises into private enterprises ,the name is changed from Xuanhua High-voltage Porcelain Factory to Zhangjiakou Xuanhua XinDi Insulator & Electrical Equipment Ltd.Co, 

In 2013

In 2013,XHDC invested 120 million RMB to build up 100,000 square meters moderation new plant 500kv Super-special high voltage insulator in Xuanhua high-tech industrial zone,in which the first stage covers an area of 22,000 square meters.

The new plant adopts the current internationally most advanced structure technology & heating technology, which all the production facility and inspection equipment are replaced, shaping process, firing process  all realized CNC Operating

The new plant first stage project design annual output 78.34 million tons, annual output value 100million RMB,among 35,500 pieces support insulator for ESP, 13,150 pieces 110~550kv high-voltage hollow insulators,63,500 pieces 35~220kv solid-core post insulators. 

In Mar.2016

In Mar,2016, the company expand the registered capital to  One hundred and ten million RMB, meanwhile the nature of bushiness changed to incorporated company , and changed its name to Xuanhua XinDi Insulator Corp Ltd
