Features

To ensure mechnical strength and heat stability of ceramic solid-core post insulator, XHDC adopt higher alumina content i.e high-strength ceramic know-how. On the basis of drawing and standard requestments, the ceramic solid-core post insulator, will be conduct the tests of routine visual inspection, verification of the dimensions, bending test, ultrasonic test etc. before left factory.

The operating temperature for Solid-core post insulator is -40~+40℃, some of which can be used in the area altitude 4,000 meters.

With different ambient atmosphere clean-up extent insulator can be classify ordinary type, stain-resistance type and resistance of heavy pollution.

Design features

Metal fittings adopts cast aluminium alloy or nodular cast iron material. The surface of cast aluminum alloy flange can be anodizing processed, and nodular cast iron flange can be hot-dip galvanized.

The material for metal part adopt nodular cast iron with high mechanical stregth conducting hot galvanizing and better resistant to rust.
